MEDICAL EXPENSES REIMBURSEMENT FOR PLASTIC OR COSMETIC

When Injury necessitates plastic or cosmetic surgery
the company shall reimburse the actual expenses incurred
for such surgery up to a maximum.

EXCLUSIONS
The
Policy does not cover any loss or expenses caused by or resulting
from:
1- Intentionally self-inflicted injury, suicide or any attempt
thereat while sane or insane;
2- War, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities or war
like operations (weather war be declared or not), mutiny,
riot, civil, commotion, strike civil war, rebellion, revolution,
insurrection; terrorism act; assault, murder, shelling, sniping
, ambushes, and all act similar nature; or any period Named
Insured is serving in the Armed Forces of any country, whether
in peaces or war;
3- Congenital anomalies and conditions arising out or of resulting
there from;
4- Any claim cause by an opportunistic infection an malignant
neoplasm, or any other sickness condition, if, at e time or
the claim, the Insure had been diagnosed as having AIDS (Acquired
Immune Deficiency Syndrone thdrome), ARC (AIDS Related Complex
or having an antibody positive blood test to HIV (Human Immune
Virus);
5- Per-existing conditions;
6- Bacterial infections (except polygenic infections which
shall occur through an accidental cut or wound) or any other
kind of disease;
7- Any bodily injury which shall result in hernia;
8- Violation or attempted violation by law or resistance to
arrest;
9- Participating in competitions, race, or contests; riving
or riding as a passenger in or on (a) any vehicle engage in
any race, speed test or entrance test; or (b) any vehicle
being use for acrobatic or stunt driving.
10- Loss or Injury incurred in Iqra and Afghanistan.
